Claire offers over 25 years of project management experience in a host of diverse business sectors with a particular focus on industrial, manufacturing and B2B markets. She has successfully analyzed, planned, and executed projects in various functional areas including the following:
- Technology / Systems Implementation: includes project planning and management for part or all project phases of new technology implementations; she has experience with ERP, web platforms and financial services record keeping.

New business integration: includes effectively integrating a business acquisition or asset transfer into your current business offering; she has effectively led cross-functional teams of manufacturing, sales, engineering, and product management to integrate a newly acquired product line into the existing portfolio of a global manufacturing firm.

Strategic Portfolio Management: includes evaluating current projects and implementing an effective process to rank your strategic project portfolio; she has experience working with senior management to objectively review, evaluate and rank projects according to business priorities, opportunities, and constraints.

Technology/Vendor Selection: includes the identification, evaluation and selection of technology vendors to support your business; she has led the systematic approach of identifying core requirements, developing an appropriate request for proposal (RFP), identifying appropriate candidates, and assessing them on their proposals; includes web platforms and ERP software.
Claire is experienced in project turnaround situations, that is, reorganizing and managing projects that are currently launched but off-track. She also has experience in the oversight of special ‘out-of-the-box’ projects where no road-map exists.
In terms of scope, she has effectively managed a broad range of projects consisting of small, local team members to those for large, global companies with dozens of cross-functional team members. In addition to her MBA, Claire is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified ScrumMaster (CSM) , bringing a disciplined, process-driven approach to all her project work. In particular, Claire offers an expertise in working with proprietary, unique projects and services in an innovative culture. She counts among her most noteworthy success stories her contributions to growing a $60M regional manufacturing firm to a $200M global market leader.
Claire is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and currently serves on their Certification Governance Council (PMI CGC), a global volunteer oversight committee responsible for supporting the development, maintenance and related strategic programs of the PMI credentials.
