  • End-to-End Project Management

    This role is for projects needing an experienced project leader, coordinator or support team member; functional areas range from project scope and requirements definition through planning, execution and close. This service is appropriate for individual projects that are important to business success but when organizations do not have sufficient internal staff or expertise for effective management; normally this engagement is limited in scope and duration ranging from 9-18 months.


  • Project Rescue

    For projects that have already been launched but are not on track, this role provides focused support to confirm scope, revise scheduling, redefine resources, and manage the project team to delivering business value.  Working together with the project sponsor, functional management and team members, this important project management role provides an objective view of the current project status and offers an achievable path to project completion ranging.  A practical approach is adopted with emphasis on current state analysis and realistic deliverables; project work is usually limited to 6-9 months.


  • Single-Phase Project Support

    This role allows a firm to bring in a dedicated resource to support a single phase for an important business project.  While this role is often focused on planning and project start-up, single phase support may also provide a supplemental management resource for critical parts of execution, project close, or evaluation.  This service provides a seasoned project manager who is able to enter and exit a project seamlessly, working with existing staff and management to provide critical supplemental project support when it is needed most; project work is usually limited to 1-6 months.
